After graduating from Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Architecture in 1981, he took part within the strongest players of the industry. Since 1983, following the qualified works he has done during the previous years, he has undertaken innovative and pioneering projects in the contracting sector through various companies he has established. İlhan Burçoğlu, who takes role as the Founder of the Burçoğlu Corporate Group today, is a husband and a father of three children.

Burçoğlu Corporate Group is a group of companies containing BURÇOĞLU İNŞAAT TURİZM TİCARET ve SANAYİ LTD. ŞTİ., CONART İNŞAAT ve TAAHHÜT TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. and TAN D.O.O., which actively operates in Turkey and Montenegro with a 40-year history dating back to early 1980s. . . .. . . . . .
The foundation of the 40 years in the sector has been originated from the experiences of the Founder, İlhan BURÇOĞLU, through his qualified works within ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. and 1. ORDU İNŞAAT EMLAK between 1981 and 1983 as well as the experience in the contracting sector gained through his co-founded company ERK İnşaat ve Ticaret LTD. ŞTİ. ..
Following the contracting and subcontracting works carried out under the name of İlhan BURÇOĞLU company from 1986 to 1992, the firm was restructured in 1992 and took a Limited Company status, BURÇOĞLU İNŞAAT TURİZM TİCARET ve SANAYİ LTD. ŞTİ, which then became the first member of the group.
In 2004, the second member of the Group was first formed in the name of CONART S.R.L in Romania, as a subsidiary of the first company. Later on, in 2005, with the goal of providing institutional parallelism in domestic and overseas works, CONART İNŞAAT ve TAAHHÜT TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. was established to operate in the Turkish market. As of the same year, domestic construction works were carried out within this company.
Founded in Montenegro, the last member of the group TAN D.O.O. joined the group as of 2018 and is actively operating for the last two years.
Today, BURÇOĞLU CORPORATE GROUP operates both as a contractor and a consultant in the superstructure and infrastructure projects such as the construction of residential buildings, offices, schools, hospitals, prestige buildings and industrial facilities. Grounded on its 40 years of experience, the group still continues to prove its expertise in using today's top-quality technological opportunities without compromise.
